1. Application
The 1070 Aluminium Slug can be used for manufacturing flexible tube,aerosol can/box,collapsible tube,aluminum bottle, aluminum cover etc, is widely used in cosmetics packaging, electronics, medical, food and automotive industries,etc.
(hereinafter abbreviated as “Slug”).
2. Applicable Dimensions
Theapplicable dimension of Slug shall conform to table 1.
3. Outline of the quality
3.1 The chemical composition of Slug shall conform to table 2.
3.2 Mechanical properties (Hardness) shall conform to Table 3.
3.3 Dimensions shall conform to Table 4 which indicates dimensional tolerances.
3.4 Center Bore and Concentricity Deviation in Porose Aluminium Slug shall conform to Table5.

4. Shapes mainly include of two types:4-1:Flat Shape 4-2:Concave Shape ,4-3:Other types,shall confirm to drawings as below:

4-2.A:Concave Shape
4-2.B:Concave Shape
4-3:Other types-1:
Other types-2:
4-4:Oval, rectangular, square, heart etc shapes according to customer’s drawing/design.
5. Finishing include of three types:5-1:Mill finish,5-2:Shot Blasting,5-3: Tumbled, shall confirm to pictures as below:

5-3: Tumbled,
6 Packing -Export standard,Cardboard box,Wooden pallet.
1)The Aluminium Slug shall be packed in cardboard box of 25kg,and cardboard box will be placed and stacked on wooden pallets,then,will be covered by plastic film,finally,covered by plastic films and reinforced by plastic belt.
2)Packed according to customer’s requirement.
7. Marking
The following matters shall be marked by a suitable method at easy-to-see places of each package.
7-1 .1)Type and grade 2)Dimension 3)Manufacturer’s name 4)Gross Wt 5) Net Wt.
7-2. Markingaccording to customer’s requirement.
8. Production according to the International Standards: EN 570/573,ROHS,SGS.etc
